How do I create an exchange or return? 

Please Email for an exchange/return confirmation, after a return/exchange is confirmed, you may pack and ship the items back to us via a secured shipping method. Once the item is received by our team, we will confirm your exchange/return via Email. We strongly recommend you to ship your items back with tracking services included. Please know that the shipping cost is non-refundable and we do not cover your return shipping cost. 


How long does it take to get a refund? 

You will receive the funds from a refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the return is confirmed via E-mail we sent to you. 


 Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?

For any faulty items including quality issues, we issue a full refund including your return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not cover any other exchange/return shipping cost at the moment.
