How does the size fit on Adam Joggers?
Currently, the tagged-sizes on Adam Joggers are running small. We ask shoppers to select via their waist size when purchasing. For a person 177cm - 70kg, we recommend a size L (fits waist size around 29-31). Keep it in mind that pants are very elastic. Why is the jogger I received 2cm shorter than the measurements provided?
The material (core-yarn) is extremely elastic, while hanging it vertically may cause the length of the pants temporarily stretched while storing them folded will bring them back to shape.
Why are the two Joggers I received in the different texture feeling?
The textures on the Adam Joggers can be slightly different from colour to colour. Even the same colour we purchased from a different period can cause (slightly) different textures. Two joggers in different colours are not even weighted the same. Some colours are heavier than others. But the difference is not noticeable. You may find some colours are softer than others, which may cause the fit slightly different when you first purchased them. As mentioned above, as times goes by, you will find the pants are quite elastic, offer a relaxed fit and it drapes. If you wish it goes a little bigger, simply stretch it while ironing with low heat, if you find it is too big, simply hand wash it and dry flat horizontally. Washing in high temperature, tumble dry and high speedo circle may permanently damage the jogger.
How do I wash my Adam Joggers?
Professional dry-clean or 30 degree hand wash recommended. Please wash with similar colours.
How do you collect my payment?
All payments are collected via Shopify, you can find all the related information here.
How do I create an exchange or return?
Please Email customercare@boyfriendstudio.store for an exchange/return confirmation, after a return/exchange is confirmed, you may pack and ship the items back to us via a secured shipping method. Once the item is received by our warehouse, we will confirm your exchange/return via Email. We strongly recommend you to ship your items back with tracking services included.
How long does it take to get a refund?
You will receive the funds from a refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the return is confirmed via E-mail we sent to you.
Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?
For any faulty items including quality issues, we issue a full refund including your return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not cover any other exchange/return shipping cost at the moment. We strongly recommend our customers to check the product details and measurement before making the purchase. If you have any questions, please email sales@boyfriendstudio.store.
Where can I return my purchase?
You can return your purchases to our office in Queensland, Australia or warehouse in China, details will be sent when an exchange/return is confirmed via Email.
